Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 654.80 points or 0.71% on Wednesday to close trading at an all-time high of 93,283.7.
About 1.74 billion shares valued at $111.5 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Shahid Ghandi Corporation Complex was the biggest riser, going up 4.84% to 2,102 rials per share.
Alvand Tile Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.59% to 2,742 rials per share.
Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company had the most positive impact on the benchmark index, followed by Ghadir Investment Company and Khouzestan Steel Company.
Mobarakeh Steel Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Iran Khdoro Group and SAIPA.
The Price Index gained 209.80 points to close at 29,987.9.
The First Market Index was up 497.50 points to post 66,686.6.
The Second Market Index added 1,223.90 points to reach 196,398.
The Industry Index scored 593.30 points to register 82,044.
The Free Float Index added 537.02 points to hit 101,009.
The TSE 30 gained 33 points to settle at 4,030.6 and the TSE 50 was up 20.90 points to finish at 3,819.6.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX added 11.41 points or 1.11% to close Wednesday trade at 1,042.26.
About 906 million securities valued at $97.85 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 460.7 million of its shares worth $9.79 million were traded.
Baghmisheh Urban Development and Housing Company, Esfahan Parsian Kowsar Hotel and Hormozgan Steel Company registered the highest value increase.
Bahman Leasing Company, Marjankar Company and Shirvan Sugar suffered the biggest decline.
Marun Petrochemical Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
