TEDPIX Ends Monday Trade 0.39% Higher

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 353.50 points or 0.39% to end Monday trade at 91,552.4.

About 1.17 billion shares valued at $74.42 million changed hands for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Alvand Tile and Ceramic Industries Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.94% to 2,847 rials per share.

Behceram Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.86% to 2,562 rials per share.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex and Iran Khodro Group.

Telecommunications Company of Iran weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company and MAPNA Group.

The Price Index gained 113.30 points to close at 29,343.4.

The First Market Index was up 393.30 points to post 65,174.2.

The Second Market Index lost 0.60 points to reach 194,208.4.

The Industry Index scored 349.80 points to register 80,401.3.

The Free Float Index added 509.40 points to hit 99,325.90.

The TSE 30 gained 31.10 to settle at 3,924.8 and the TSE 50 was up 15.00 points to finish at 3,744.2.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX added 4.32 points or 0.42% to close Monday trade at 1,022.92.

About 786.21 million securities valued at $79.273 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 230 million of its shares worth $4.33 million were traded.

Pars Paper Industries, Chaharmahal Food Products and Sugar Company, and Iranian Investment Incorporation registered the highest value increase.

Kowsar Insurance, Tuka Paint and MobinOne Kish Company suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Esfahan Steel Company and Pars Paper Industries had the most positive impact on IFX.
