Expansion of Islamic Finance Tools

Expanding financial tools and their role in boosting national production and employment have been the main topics of discussion at the Third Islamic Finance Conference held in Tehran on Saturday, the head of the Islamic Economics and Banking Symposium announced. “Specialized meetings for assessing the latest developments in Islamic banking and the effects of the Central Bank of Iran’s Jurisprudence Council will be held in today’s conference,” Ali Salehabadi was also quoted as saying by IBENA. According to Salehabadi, who is also the head of Export Development Bank of Iran, the Securities and Exchange Organization, Islamic Financial Forum and Imam Sadeq (PBUH) University signed an agreement to hold courses in Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Business Administration with focus on Islamic capital market.
