TEDPIX Ends Week at 87,844

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index added 195 points or 0.22% to end Wednesday trade at 87,844.9.

TEDPIX is hovering near its 45-month high these days.

About 833 million shares valued at $62.44 million changed hands on Sunday.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Sazeh Pouyesh Company was the biggest riser, going up 5% to 25,269 rials per share.

Shahed Investment Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.83% to 1,240 rials per share.

Bandar Abbbas Oil Refinery gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Parsian Oil and Gas Development Company and Pardis Petrochemical Company.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran and National Iranian Copper Industries Company.

The Price Index added 62.50 points or 0.22% to close at 28,194.7. The First Market Index was up 242.10 points or 0.40% to post 61,532. The Second Market Index dropped 132.80 points or 0.07% to reach 191,648.2. The Industry Index went up by 155 points or 0.20% to register 76,905.3. The Free Float Index gathered 254.30 points or 0.27% to hit 94,684.10. The TSE 30 gained 10.90 points or 0.30% to settle at 3,653.2 while the TSE 50 scored 14.50 points or 0.41% to finish at 3,556.

 IFX Up 0.26%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 2.51 points or 0.26% to close Wednesday trade at 975.11.

IFX is currently at its all-time high.

Close to 278 million securities valued at $56.22 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares, as 30.73 million of its shares were traded.

Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company had the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $3.75 million.

Afranet, Kharazmi IT Development Company and Sobhan Investment registered the highest value increase.

Pegah Fars Dairy Company, Tadbirgaran Fars and Khuzestan Investment Company and Bahman Leasing Company suffered the biggest decline.

Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company, Shiraz Oil Refinery and Zagros Petrochemical Company had the most positive impact on the IFB benchmark.
