The Securities and Exchange Organization is scheduled to hold an international event dubbed “Iran Capital Market: Higher Diversity, Higher Return” on Kish Island on October 31, Yasser Fallah, an advisor to SEO chief, has announced. The event is expected to be attended by 45 senior economic, financial and political officials from 16 countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, India, South Korea, Lebanon, the United Kingdom, South Africa and Indonesia, Securities and Exchange News Agency reported. Kish Island’s visa-free status makes the Persian Gulf island resort an ideal venue for an international event. “Introducing investment opportunities in Iran’s capital market, understanding modern financial instruments and getting to know international standards and regulations are among the primary aims of this event,” Fallah said.
