Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 281.40 points or 0.34% to end Tuesday trade at 83,733.5.

About 755 million shares valued at $54.76 million changed hands for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Shahid Bahonar Copper Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.96% to 7,053 rials per share.

Loghman Pharmaceutical Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.92% to 4,136 rials per share.

National Iranian Copper Industries Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.

Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and Khorasan Steel Company.

The Price Index added 91.20 points or 0.34% to close at 27,125.5.

The First Market Index gained 286.20 points or 0.49% to post 58,600.8. The Second Market Index won 130.40 points or 0.07% to reach 182,894.4.

The Industry Index was up 272.50 points or 0.38% to register 72,761.3. The Free Float Index rose by 392.10 points or 0.43% to hit 91,833.70.

The TSE 30 gathered 29.80 points or 0.88% to settle at 3,419.7 while the TSE 50 scored 15.90 points or 0.48% to finish at 3,299.4.

 IFX Adds 1.67 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX shed 1.67 points or 0.18% to close Tuesday trade at 951.36.

Close to 234 million securities valued at $22.68 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares, as 69.25 million of its shares changed hands.

Parsian Kowsar Hotel had the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.71 million.

MobinOne Kish, Parsian Rail Transportation Development and Ballast Company registered the highest value increase.

Shomalshargh Shahrood Industrial and Mining Company, Mavad Vizhe Lia and Saina suffered the biggest decline.

Omid Taban Hour Energy Management, Pasargad Insurance and MAPNA Asalueyh Power Plant had the most positive impact on the IFB benchmark.
