Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index added 114.70 points or 0.14% to end Tuesday trade at 79,858.8. More than 2 billion shares valued at $103.6 million changed hands for the day.

Shirin Sugar Company was the biggest riser, going up 20.1% to 9,434 rials per share.

Tuka Development Investment Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 5.63% to 2,849 rials per share.

Omid Investment Group gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by SAIPA and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.

Asan Pardakht Persian weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Ghadir Investment Holding Company and Tejarat Bank.

The Price Index gained 39.50 points or 0.14% to stand at 27,479.8.

The First Market Index added 144.20 points or 0.26% to post 55,522.6.

The Second Market Index dropped 112.50 points or 0.06% to reach 176,401.5.

The Industry Index was up 115.30 points or 0.17% to register 68,566.8.

The Free Float Index scored 62.54 points or 0.07% to hit 87,164.

The TSE 30 Index won 13.30 points or 0.43% to settle at 3,108.6 while the TSE 50 Index was up 11.90 points or 0.39% to finish at 3,095.8.

 

IFX Up 0.1%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX climbed 0.96 points or 0.1% to end Tuesday trade at 924.62.

Close to 262 million securities valued at $31 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company saw the highest number of traded shares, as 48.9 million of its shares changed hands.

Pars Paper Industries Company posted the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.7 million.

Pasargad Oil Company, Ballast Company and Arfa Steel Company registered the highest value increase.

Pardis Housing Investment Company, Chaharmahal Sugar Company and Pakdis suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Shiraz Oil Refining Company and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most positive impact on the IFB benchmark.
