Anzali International Permanent Fairground will host the first international exhibition of gold, jewelry, silver, watch, gemstones and related industries from May 16 to 19. All gold transactions at the exhibition, including retail and wholesale transactions, will be exempt from the 9% value-added tax, the Persian daily Sharq reported. According to the exhibition’s public relations, more than 60 domestic companies and five foreign firms are expected to display their latest products and machinery during the four-day event.
