Saderat to Serve the Visually Impaired

Bank Saderat Iran has set up a new system that will allow visually-impaired people to easily perform a variety of banking operations such as opening accounts, making deposits and withdrawals, and using card services among other things. “We are obliged to offer these new services to our more than 600,000 visually-impaired countrymen and we plan to continue this line of work in the future,” the CEO of Bank Saderat Iran was quoted as saying by Banker.ir. Siavash Zeraati added that “visually-impaired people are considered special customers in all our branches”. “Thanks to our director of planning and IT affairs, our ATMs and Mobile Banking system will provide friendly services to the visually impaired within the next month”.
