The agricultural trading floor at the Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) was witnessing the trade of nearly 6,050 tons of various commodities for potential customers on Wednesday, IME’s public relations and international affairs office reported.

The report indicated that close to 1,800 tons of local corn, 50 tons of cubic sugar, and 1,000 tons of durum wheat were to be offered on the agricultural trading floor.

In addition, 200 tons of sugar, 1,500 tons of Russian rapeseed meal plate, 200 tons of Indian rice, 500 tons of sunflower meal, 500 tons of soybean meal, and 500 tons of sunflower meal were among other agricultural commodities traded on the board.  

The report further mentioned that a total amount of 12,830 tons of bitumen 4050, 6070, and 85100 were supplied by various local manufacturers on the export trading floor.

Furthermore, close to 44,100 tons of different petrochemical commodities were supplied on the oil and petrochemical trading floor, while based on the market demand, an additional 21,000 tons was announced available in stock.

The industrial and mining trading floor was witnessing trade of 100 tons of 99.98-purity zinc ingots, as well as 1,400 tons of 99.75-purity zinc ingots for potential traders.

Moreover, 5,500 tons of rebar of various sizes, along with another 5,500 tons of the same commodity were offered based on different payment methods. Mouteh Gold Complex also offered 10 kg of gold bullion for the day.
