The First International Mineral Processing Activists Symposium (IMPAS 2016) is scheduled to be held in Tehran on October 25-26. “The event, co-organized by the Iranian Mineral Processing Research Center and the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, will host over 300 domestic and foreign experts and industry players from firms, such as Canada’s Hatch, South Africa’s Mintek and MSA-Group, Germany’s Malgweyn, Finland’s Outotec and Australia’s JKMRC,” Gholamreza Mollataheri, IMPRC head, said. He added that a memorandum of understanding is set to be signed with the Geological Survey of Finland on the sidelines of the symposium, IMIDRO’s news portal reported.
