The 12th International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery and Vehicles, Mining, Building Material Machines and Natural Stone Industry, otherwise known as Iran ConMin 2016, is scheduled to be held in Tehran during November 5-8. More than 125 foreign companies from Russia, China, Germany and Japan are expected to attend the event, which is being organized by Iran Mine House. Iran is among the world’s top 10 mineral-rich countries. Based on statistics released by the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade, close to 400 million tons of minerals are annually produced out of the country’s 5,400 active mines.
