Iran Chamber of Cooperatives and Taavon Insurance (Cooperative Insurance) Saturday signed an agreement, according to which the insurer will provide members of the chamber insurance coverage with focus on life insurance. The agreement requires the chamber to provide the insurer with cooperatives’ contact information and encourage them to use Taavon’s coverage, Tasnim News Agency reported. The insurer has agreed to return 5% of the generated premiums to the chamber. Taavon’s coverage will come at a discount and with the claims process made easier. The duration of the agreement is one year, but could be extended.
