Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 72.60 points or 0.09% to end Wednesday trade at 76,742.2.

More than 1 billion shares valued at $53.3 million changed hands for the day.

Iran Glass Wool Company was the biggest riser, going up 5% to 12,011 rials per share.

Pegah Milk Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies as it went down 4.62% to 4,566 rials per share.

Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Informatics Services Corporation, and Machine Sazi Arak Company.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Ghadir Investment Company, and Bank Parsian.

The Price Index added 25.90 points or 0.09% to end at 27,337.6.

The First Market Index gained 45.90 points or 0.09% to 27,337.6.

The Second Market Index advanced by 187.80 points or 0.11% to 166,473.8.

The Industry Index added 70.50 points or 0.11% to 63,741.1.

The Free Float Index scored 138.71 points or 0.16% to 85,394.30.

The TSE 30 Index gathered 2.30 points or 0.07% to 3,129.

The TSE 50 Index was up 1.40 points or 0.05% to 3,048.4.

 IFX Barely Moves

The over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX added 0.02 points or less than 0.01% to end Wednesday trade at 802.56.

More than 225 million securities valued at $22.2 million were traded for the day.

Tehran Oil Refining Company saw the highest number of traded shares as 28.6 million of its shares worth $2.26 million changed hands.

Minoo Shargh Food Company, Shahrood Mining and Industrial Company, and Atieh Dadeh Pardaz Company had the highest value increase.

Alborz Bulk Pharmaceutical Company, Toliddarou Pharmaceutical Company, and Tabas Parvadeh Coal Refining Company saw the highest decline.

Tehran Oil Refining Company, Hormozgan Steel Company, and Arfa Steel Company gave the biggest boosts to the IFB benchmark.
