Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani asked bankers to set easier repayment terms for debtors and forgive fines for late loan repayment, especially for creditworthy customers.
Banker.ir quoted Larijani as saying during a meeting with executives of state-owned banks late Wednesday that regulations allow the banking sector to ease loan terms. He also urged banks to provide customers with interest-free loans to help them solve their problems.
