Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company produced over 3.6 million tons of iron ore concentrate during the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), which indicates a 5% rise compared with the corresponding period of last year, Mohammad Abrishami, managing director of the company, said. Located in the south of Tabas City in Yazd Province, Chadormalu Iron Ore Mine holds over 400 million tons of proven iron ore reserves, Minews reported. The company in charge of the mine is one of the Middle East’s largest iron ore concentrate producers with an annual production capacity of 7 million tons.
