The CEO of Bank Melat Iran the minister of Oil and the CEO of National Iranian Oil Company discussed ways to enhance cooperation. Referring to Bank Melat’s good track record in financing the oil sector, Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh expressed the hope that collaboration between the oil and banking sectors will grow in the near future, banker.ir reported. On the other hand, Mellat chief Hadi Akhlaqi assured that his bank is ready to expand collaboration with the energy sector. The officials discussed ways to take their shared activities in oil projects such as the Persian Gulf Star Refinery, the Energy Fund and other projects, to a higher level.
