Diesel-fueled vehicles without insurance cover have been banned from buying subsidized diesel as of July 22. Transportation and Fuel Management Organization had warned 54,000 commercial vehicle owners to purchase personal auto policies (PAPS) or have their fuel cards revoked, risknews.ir reported. PAPs are priced between 8 million to 50 million rials based on classification.
