Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 116.70 points or 0.16% to end Tuesday trade at 74,313.6.
Over 955 million shares valued at $55.6 million were traded for the day.
Tuka Transportation Company was the biggest riser, going up 5.73% to 2,158 rials per share.
Pardis Petrochemical Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 5% to 8,419 rials per share.
Bank Pasargad gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Iran Khodro and Tose’e Melli Investment Group.
Pardis Petrochemical Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.
The Price Index added 42 points or 0.16% to close at 26,756.1. The First Market Index advanced by 119.10 points or 0.23% to post 51,962.2.
The Second Market Index gathered 35.70 points or 0.02% to reach 162,739.7. The Industry Index was up by 49.50 points or 0.08% to register 61,603.1.
The Free Float Index gained 424.16 points or 0.51% to settle at 83,154.80. The TSE 30 Index won 20.30 points or 0.67% to hit 3,036.3 while the TSE 50 Index rose by 3.10 points or 0.11% to finish at 2,943.3.
IFX Up 1.07%
The over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gathered 8.25 points or 1.07% to end Tuesday trade at 780.08.
More than 360 million securities valued at $35.9 million were traded for the day.
Bank Day saw the highest number of traded shares and daily trade value, as 29.8 million of its shares worth $1.2 million changed hands.
Tadbirgaran Fars and Khuzestan Company, Tehran Oil Refining Company and Tuka Refractories Company had the highest increase in value.
Pardis Housing Investment Company, Tourism Bank and Omid Taban Hour Energy Management Company posted the highest decline.
Tehran Oil Refining Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Damavand Power Generation Company gave the biggest boost to IFX.
Damavand Power Generation Company was also on investors’ radar.
