The parliament has invited the Central Bank of Iran governor, Valiollah Seif, to brief them on Wednesday on the country’s relations with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), Tasnim News Agency reported on Saturday. Last month, the influential FATF welcomed Iran’s adoption of an Action Plan to address its strategic deficiencies and suspended its counter-measures for 12 months in order to monitor Iran’s progress in implementing the action plan.
