Muhammad Kazem Choghazardi, the CEO of Bank Sepah, announced that his bank is monitoring the ailing production sector in the country and is willing to help them with new loans. “Data has been gathered by Bank Sepah in order to improve competitiveness within the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the goal of increasing their production capacity and export capability to realize bigger targets”, he said, banker.ir reported. Noting that his bank has identified and gathered information about 1,120 troubled production projects, he added that the bank will lend the SMEs 10 trillion rials ($325.7 million).
