The leading car manufacturer, Iran Khodro, is preparing to resume producing its highly-demanded car Peugeot 206. The decision came after the company said all parts of the popular vehicle are manufactured domestically. Following intensified anti-Iran sanctions in the past few years, the production of the car was almost halted, but the IKCO is now saying, the company no longer needs to import the auto parts.
