Tejarat Bank has agreed to provide banking services and loans to the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines. Mohammad Saiedi, head of IRISL, said that his company reviewed the performance of all banks before selecting Tejarat for cooperation, Ettelaat newspaper’s website reported on Tuesday. Tejarat would help IRISL in international transactions. Ibrahim Moghadam, the bank’s CEO, said that supporting marine transport is in line with his bank’s plan to promote exports.
