The entry of Iranian insurance companies in the Azerbaijan market will be useful as it will facilitate Iranian investment in the sector, said head of the Azerbaijan’s ARK Business Solutions. Khayal Mammadkhanli, an insurance industry expert, said that there are several insurance companies in Azerbaijan operating in a difficult situation. “It would be great if the Iranian insurance firms that want to start operating in Azerbaijan acquire these companies and invest in them,” Azernews quoted him as saying.
