Bank Saman will close five branches in the next two months, following expansion of its e-banking services and in an attempt to cut costs. The private lender made the announcement on its website Saturday asking costumers of the said five offices to move their accounts to other branches. Saman is considered as the leading bank in providing digital services. The website also reported that Saman has restored correspondent relations with 338 banks in 67 countries including Italy, Belgium, Spain, Japan and Switzerland.
