Istanbul to Host Iran Aviation Congress

The “Post-Sanctions Iran Commercial Aviation Spare Parts and Maintenance Congress 2016” is scheduled for May 24-25 in Istanbul, Turkey. The event will bring together foreign players active in maintenance, repairs and operations, original equipment manufacturers and Iranian airlines, according to its website. The congress, which is to be attended by representatives of Iranian airlines as well as regional experts, will deliver all the key information to develop and strengthen the case for doing business within Iran’s aviation sector; from understanding the market’s projection and airline demand for new fleets and spare part requirements to sanctions compliance and export channels.
