More than 166,000 tons of various commodities were traded at Iran Mercantile Exchange on Sunday, valued at $3.5 trillion, the IME’s PR and foreign affairs reported.
According to the report, 25,350 tons of polymers from different petrochemical complexes were offered on the oil and agricultural trading floor.
Moreover, 17,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 3,060 tons of lube-cat, and 11,299 tons of bitumen of various grades were sold on the same trading floor.
The report also says that 65,200 tons of slab. C, with the base price of 15,020 rials were offered by Khuzestan Steel Company. Meanwhile, 30,440 tons of I-beam 12*14 were offered by Esfahan Steel Company.
The National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (NICIC) offered 900 tons of copper cathodes as well as 480 tons of copper wire knots on the industrial trading floor.
The INCIS put 3,000 tons of low grade copper and 180 tons of molybdenum-sulfur on trade.
Furthermore, 270 tons of copper wire were offered by the Copper World Company on the mining and industrial trading floor. Besides, 1,150 tons of alloy ingots were traded on the same trading floor.
According to the report, 3,100 tons of Iranian maize and 200 tons of cubic sugar were traded on the agricultural trading floor.
The export trading floor had an active day as 4,200 tons of bitumen 60/70 as well as 160 tons of insulation were sold for export purposes.
