Valiollah Seif, governor of Central Bank of Iran will discuss Iran’s economy at the Council of Foreign Policy on April 15 in Washington, the council announced on its website. CFR is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher in the US. The event is part of the C. Peter McColough Series on International Economics which invites the world’s foremost economic policymakers and scholars to address current topics in international economics and US monetary policy. The CBI chief is also expected to participate in the spring meetings of International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group in Washington DC April 15-17.
