Banks’ Debts Decline

Banks have settled 20 trillion rials ($661.8 million) of their debts to the Central Bank of Iran during the first 10 months of the fiscal year (ending January 20). According to CBI’s latest statistics, the banking system currently owes 830 trillion rials ($27.46 billion) to the CBI, indicating a 2.5% drop compared with 850 trillion rials ($28.12 billion) on March 2015.
