Bank Mellat and Turkey’s Halkbank will issue international credit cards for Iranians in the near future, said Ali Rastegar, Bank Mellat’s CEO. He noted that the two banks have been holding talks over enhancing services for Iranian entities, ILNA quoted him as saying on Wednesday. Rastegar also said that his bank is seeking to establish ties with all major European banks.
