Close to 50,000 tons of granulated iron ore from Mishdavan mineral complex, with the base value of $25 per ton, has been offered at the export trading floor of Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME), SENA reported.

In addition to iron ore, 1,980 tons of different grades of bitumen as well as 100 tons of BOF were offered for trade on Wednesday.

Following this report, Khouzestan Steel Co. announced that, based on a rise in demand, they will offer 50,000 tons of steel slabs with the base value of 15,020 rials per kilogram via IME's industrial and mining trading floor. KSC is the second largest crude steel producer in Iran.

Besides, considering the market demand, 5,500 tons of rebar A3-14-25 from Azarbaijan Steel Company as well as 33,000 tons of low-grade copper from National Iranian Copper Industries Company were to be traded at IME on Wednesday.

IME also registered trading of close to 22,000 tons of different petrochemical products, SENA reported.

Overall, more than 280,000 tons of different commodities were offered at IME on Wednesday.
