Shahr Innovation and Development Company, affiliated to Bank Shahr (city bank), has launched a “face banking” service, allowing customers access to banking services through biometric features like face and fingerprint. According to Mehr News Agency, the service would be of more help during natural disasters like earthquakes, when people might not have access to their bank cards or identification documents.
