Bank Ayandeh has launched a so-called “idea bank” system to help enhance cooperation with its customers and promote value added services. According to banker.ir, the service allows customers to share ideas and suggestions with bankers via the bank’s website. The first version of the system was developed earlier for Ayandeh employees. The bank is using “There is Always a Better Way” as the system’s motto.
