Tehran and Moscow will discuss credit line extensions during a visit by Mohammad Khazaei, the deputy economy minister, to Russia on Monday, Iran’s ambassador Mehdi Sanai said Saturday. The official will  confer with the Russian Finance Ministry to sign contracts on credit line extension, which Russia plans to open for the joint projects,” Sanai told Sputnik. The two countries have been discussing a $5 billion credit line in recent months. Before it plunged to $2 billion, Iran-Russia trade stood at $4 billion in 2013. Both Tehran and Moscow say they plan to raise their annual trade to $10 billion in next few years.
