Clinker Exports to Turkmenistan Start

More than 130 tons of clinker–the primary raw material in the production of cement–have been exported to Turkmenistan via railroad, Mohammad Reza Qorbani, an official with the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways announced on Thursday. The shipment is part of Iran’s recently stated goal of annually exporting 1.2 million tons of clinker to Turkmenistan, IRNA reported.
