In collaboration with its partner Persian Group, a medium-sized German logistics company, is stepping up its services for Iran.
It has doubled them from two to four departures per week for general cargo and part loads, the Switzerland-based International Transport Journal reported.
Goods from the whole of Europe, fed into the transport providers’ dense general cargo network, are consolidated at the group’s hubs in Gelsenkirchen and Stuttgart in Germany, then loaded onto the company’s own trucks to be forwarded to Tehran.
Persian Group is an Iran-based holding company that specializes, inter alia, on multimodal transport.
