Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading board witnessed the supply of 80,000 tons of steel slabs by Khuzestan Steel Company at the base price of $0.3 per kg on Wednesday.

Furthermore, 88 tons of I-beams and 44 tons of steel angles by Arian Steel Company, as well as 1,660 tons of rebars by Esfahan Steel Company, were offered on the same board.

The industrial and mining trading board’s other offerings of the day included 700 tons of ingots by Iran Aluminum Company, 12,000 tons of aluminum oxide by Iran Alumina Company and 15 kg of gold bars by Mouteh Gold Mine.

The export trading board saw 55,000 tons of granulated iron ore supplied by Iranian Central Plateau Iron Ore Mines Complex at the base price of $10 per ton and 5,000 tons of bitumen by Shiraz Oil Refining Company.

About, 51,700 tons of bitumen, 20,000 tons of chemicals, 200 tons of sulfur and 280 tons of argon were supplied on the oil and petrochemical trading board.

Finally, 3,115 tons of corn, 500 tons of unprocessed soybean oil, 1,000 tons of durum wheat and 100 tons of feed corn were offered on the agricultural trading board. Overall, the IME's spot market played host to over 238,000 tons of commodities on Wednesday.
