Bushehr Earns $6.4b

More than 12 million tons of non-oil goods worth $6.4 billion were exported from Bushehr Province during  the nine-month period ending December 21, recording a 22% increase in volume and a 1% slide in value over last year’s corresponding period. Mehr News Agency reported that the UAE, India, Qatar, Kuwait and Vietnam were the main export destinations. A total of 1.2 million tons of goods valued at $2.1 billion were imported by the province during the period, registering a 14% drop in volume and a 29% fall in value compared with the similar period of the previous year.
