IME Plays Host to 166KT of Goods

Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading board witnessed the supply of 2,220 tons of C hot-rolled sheets, 2,200 tons of B hot-rolled sheets, 1,000 tons of B cold-rolled sheets and 500 tons of tin-plated sheets by Mobarakeh Steel Company on Monday.
Iran Aluminum Company supplied 500 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.8% purity on the same board.
The industrial and mining board’s other offerings of the day included 20 tons of sulfur molybdenum and three tons of precious metal concentrates.
The oil and petrochemical trading board played host to 62,650 tons of bitumen, 20,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 15,318 tons of polymers and 8,000 tons of lube cut oil.
More than 28,000 tons of bitumen and 500 tons of insulations were supplied on the export trading board.
Finally, 10,887 tons of corn, 1,000 tons of durum wheat, 5,000 tons of soybeans and 600 tons of unprocessed soybean oil were supplied on the agricultural trading board.
Overall, IME’s spot market offered more than 166,000 tons of commodities on Monday.
