The Central Bank of Iran has issued a directive to banks and credit institutions to augment their support for manufacturing units, banker.ir reported. Pointing to the government’s recent directive for easing the conditions for and removing the hurdles in the way of production and a special committee formed for this purpose, the directive urges lenders to build closer cooperation with the regulator.
