New Payment Services

The Informatics Services Corporation on Sunday launched three new services for mobile-banking users. According to ISC’s website, payments through QR-code (Quick Response Code) and NFC (Near Field Communication) as well as “fingerprint recognition” are the latest schemes. These services aim to ease mobile transactions and increase the security of e-banking operations. QR-code payments only require scanning a bar-code which includes the price and the receiver’s bank account number. NFC method makes transaction possible by holding two electronic devices 10 cm from each other. Fingerprint recognition services are also accessible for banks’ applications on IOS devices. Informatics Services Corporation, founded in 1993, supplies banks and financial institutions with automation systems and applications.
