The commodity market in Tehran was the focus of different types of steel sections including iron bars, girders, and steel ingot on Wednesday, where a total of 191,000 tons of commodities were up for grabs.  

On the industrial and mineral products trading floor at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME), Esfahan Steel Company offered 41,540 tons of girders 14. The company also offered 40,000 tons of iron bars A3-12-32, as well as 5,000 tons of steel ingots 125*125, and 9,720 tons of girders 14 to 18.

The buyers were also offered 1,540 tons of iron bars A3-14-25, and 6,444 tons of iron bars A3-12-25.

Foolad Kave Tikmeh Dash Company offered 1,100 tons of iron bars A3-8332. Almahdi Hormozal Aluminum Company, as usual, was the only active aluminum player by offering 1,260 tons of Aluminum alloy ingots.

The oil and petrochemical trading hall was not very quiet, as different types of chemicals were offered by companies such as Borzouyeh, Bou Ali Sina, Bisotun, and Shazand. Elsewhere, Jey and Pasargad oil companies as well as Tabriz Refinery Company offered 8,900 tons of bitumen 6070 and 85100, together with 300 tons of insulation.

At the soft commodities market 500 tons of Ukrainian flint corn, 600 tons of durum wheat from Khuzestan province, 300 tons of flint corn from Kermanshah province, 1,000 tons of durum wheat from Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province, and 250 tons of sugar from Bardsir Sugar Company were seen put up the IME board.
