Foreign exchange rates will remain the same in next year’s budget bill (2016-17) with the USD at 28,500 rials, said the government spokesman Mohammad Baqer Nowbakht, reported IRNA. He pointed to the greenback’s recent rally-surpassing 36,000 rials -- stating that the Central Bank of Iran will take measures to stabilize the foreign exchange market. He said the rate of the dollar “would decline soon.”
