The first international seminar on “Offshore Projects” was held in the Dutch city of Hague on Oct. 7-8, according to Bank Mellat website. The event hosted by the Iranian Embassy in Holland in cooperation with Bank Mellat was attended by Amir Hossein Zamaninia, deputy minister of oil and Ali Rastegar, CEO of Bank Mellat. More than 60 companies active in offshore projects from the oil and gas sectors were present including Total, Shell, Netherlands’ IRO and Atradius.
