Japan insurance industry representatives met with Noushin Khataei, head of the Iran Central Insurance Company for reinsurance affairs, the CII website reported. Khataei explained the current situation of Iran’s insurance industry and elaborated on the laws regarding the participation of foreign companies in Iran’s gradually expanding insurance market. The Japanese said Iran’s insurance industry has been attracting belated foreign interest and expressed their willingness to invest in the sector.
