Iran Mercantile Exchange witnessed the offering of about 155,000 tons of bitumen on Tuesday.

As IME reported, the export trading board saw 77,000 tons of bitumen offered by Jey Oil Refining Company, 5,000 tons of the same commodity by Tabriz Oil Refining Company and 4,000 tons by other suppliers. Some 900 tons of roof insulation were also offered on the same board.

More than 35,100 tons of various grades of bitumen were offered by Pasargad Oil Company on the oil and petrochemical board, which also featured 34,100 tons of bitumen by Jey Oil Refining Company, over 36,500 tons of polymers, 15,000 tons of vacuum bottoms and 8,000 tons of high-density lube-cut oil.

Iran Aluminum Company supplied 4,000 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75% purity at the base price of 60,216 rials per kg on the industrial and mining board.

The agricultural trading board filed the offering of 5,000 tons of wheat, 1,050 tons of unprocessed vegetable oil, 1,000 tons of soybean flakes, 200 tons of imported rice, 300 tons of corn and 100 tons of white sugar.

Overall, more than 229,260 tons of commodities were offered in IME’s spot market on Tuesday.
