Iranian New Towns Development Company and the Korean builder Daelim are getting ready to sign a €900 million agreement for building Kharazmi city in southeast Tehran. According to NTDC’s website, a Korean delegation Saturday visited the 500 hectare location for the new town 50 km south of Tehran. The project is among 121 major investment opportunities recently introduced by the Ministry of Roads and Urban development to foreign and domestic companies.
