Parsian Bank has prioritized financing strategic projects, namely in the energy, steel and mines sectors. Kuroush Parvizian, the bank’s CEO said his bank has already lent to companies in the said fields, the bank’s website reported. Projects receive financing both in the local currency and foreign exchange, one of the country’s major private banks said. No details of the names of companies or the amount of credit facilities were immediately available.
