Mining Investment Priority List

Copper and polymetal exploration tops the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade’s “Investment Priority List” during 2015-18, a statement by the ministry reads. Other top priorities include investment in the exploration of phosphate, nickel, aluminum and iron ore, precious and semi-precious gemstones, coal, potassium and magnesium. According to the statement, the mining sector is defined in four fields of metals and metal products, non-metal minerals, exploration and extraction. Investors interested in capitalizing in the various industrial, mineral and trade sectors can visit the ministry’s website or the website of the provinces’ industries, mining and trade organizations to go through the required processes.
