About 110,000 tons of granulated iron ore from Mishdovan Iron Ore Complex at the base price of $16 per ton were offered on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s export trading floor on Monday. The floor also played host to 13,200 tons of bitumen 6070 and 2,300 tons of bitumen 85100 for export purposes. The oil and petrochemical trading floor witnessed the offering of 49,500 tons of various grades of bitumen by Pasargad Oil Company, 34,600 tons of bitumen by Jey Oil Refining Company and 7,908 tons of polymers. The industrial and mining trading floor recorded the offering of 50,000 tons of steel bloom priced at 11,500 rials, 3,000 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.7% purity and 60 tons of copper wire. Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 4,000 tons of durum wheat, 1,335 tons of white sugar, 2,000 tons of virgin vegetable oil, 250 tons of corn, 75 tons of rice and 35 tons of soybean meal. In sum, more than 278,000 tons of commodities were offered in IME’s spot market.
